NFTC 2025: Round 3!

Day two of the 2025 National Flash Trial Competition started off with the first 1 vs 1 round, where both of the team's advocates prepared the case in 45 minutes, but only one advocate tried the case as first chair. Teams sunk into a case of negligence in which the plaintiff's ice cream truck fell into a sinkhole. Advocates argued whether the City of Jasper used the correct weather predictions to determine if its maintenance plans accurately predicted the heavy rains that impacted road conditions.
