NFTC 2025: Round 2!

Competitors weathered the storms through the second round of the day by trying a 2 vs 2 negligence case involving a palm tree that fell on and injured the plaintiff. Plaintiff teams argued that the palm tree was already dead or dying before a wind storm knocked it down, and Defense teams could argue an affirmative defense that the plaintiff shouldn't have been using the sidewalk during severe winds and rain in the first place.
