NFTC 2025 is Underway!

The 2025 National Flash Trial is off to an exhilarating start! Competitors got their feet wet with the first case of the weekend, a 2 vs. 2 negligence (res ipsa loquitur) action. Teams sprung into the facts and argued whether the plaintiff contracted a serious illness after drinking water from a natural soda spring on the property of Sawmill Springs Resort . . . or whether the illness could have plagued the plaintiff from somewhere else.
